cruising at 35 and ill punch the throttle and the truck would rev up like if its in nuetral and then finally goes back into gear real hard. what could be causing this.

What is done to the vehicle, like mods and so on.
Do you have a log of this happening with transmission things being logged in the scanner to see what is going on??
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
its a 2010 silverado 4x4 5.3 just basic bolt ons and i cant catch it on a log it does it once and a week later does it again. its very odd. cause once it does it we try again and doesnt do it. its odd that when it happens the doors unlock then lock back up again.
