    Scanning non licensed cars/trucks

I have the MVI pro cable and I am wanting to know if I can just connect to any OB2 and use the scanner functions? Is there a update or patch or anything? Its my understanding I can data log/scan vehicles other then what I have editor/tuning licenses for. Any help?

Yeah you can do that, just note that some vehicles might not show all of things on the scanner.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
