When you're setting up the "transform" for the wideband there is a "parameter" option where you select whether it's a PLX in lambda, PLX in AFR, AEM model blah blah blah, etc. Basically that is what tells it that that input is a wideband.

The issue when you have two widebands is when using the default "AFR error" or "EQ Error" parameters it will use an averaged reading of the two widebands. It doesn't give you the option to use one or the other

I think you can make new math parameters for AFR error for each wideband if you want to get readings for each WB

I've never worked with two widebands personally so hopefully someone else can chime in that has some experience with it.

I had to refresh the page 3 or 4 times to get them to show up just now.. not sure why. Photobucket being dumb perhaps?

Pretty new to the software, been reading a lot of the tutorials and FAQs. I'm having trouble getting my histogram setup for AFR err %. I have an LM-2 wideband setup and reading just fine on channel 1, but i'm having a problem getting it to log in the histogram. It stays stuck at the top left corner value and doesn't move with engine RPM. I've tried a few different column and row axis definitions. I've tried predefined maths for AFR err and EQ ratio, but to no avail.

What does the program use to establish "Commanded AFR"? And more importantly, does an NGC3 ECU in a 2005 Jeep Wrangler support it?

Post log, tune and your current layout.

Commanded AFR is a channel you can log. Add it to the channel list (I'm assuming it's available on that model, I am not sure of that, though, as I have never tuned one)

Commanded AFR is not an available channel when I poll for available parameters

I'm not able to get any values to show in my AFR Error histogram. I've been through the howto a several times now, but I don't see why I have no data in the graph. Please take a look.

You aren't logging air fuel ratio commanded so it has nothing to compare the wideband reading to. May be called commanded air fuel ratio or something like that.. you should be able to find it though.

Add that to channels list and it should work then.

    That worked, thank you!

For my own sanity, where is the requirement for the commanded air fuel ratio called out?

Hit ctrl+m to bring up math parameters then find AFR error in the list and it will show you what channels it needs in order for them to work. If they are highlighted red then that means you aren't logging that particular thing so it won't work

I'm wondering where in the HowTo that was called out. I found it pretty quickly in HPTuners. I just want to make sure I didn't miss something else in the HowTo.

It's not in the how to.

Perhaps somewhere in there it should say what channels to make sure you have added

Stupid question: How do I set this up for Virtual VE? I saw a thread about STFT/LTFT and Virtual VE.....but cannot find info on how to do it for WB Lambda Error%.

Really not that hard. Use the stft ltft vve instructions for everything except the stft+ltft parameter. Use eq ratio error like this one says and that's it.

Is it possible to set up a filter up that would block out cells displaying (for example) +/-5% error? I am working on a CL SD tune (2002 F-body OS 1 Bar SD) and it just seems silly to keep chasing the VE table up and down a few percent because of incremental environmental factors.

This is not withstanding filtering out other non-essential data like TPS, ETC, etc.
