    License upgrade not working

    I did the license upgrade for 2003 Chevy Cavalier to have unlimited tunes a few months ago and have done a few since then. Tonight I went to do one, and it shows up as a 2003 Cavalier when I read it, but for some reason I am being asked to license it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
