You can't, you have to start with the stock tune, then apply the 2 Bar enhancement.

What if that is the only tune I have? Is there a way to undo what I did?

Is there a way to take a different stock tune and upload it into that PCM without having to pay for another vehicle tune?

Do you have the original file that was updated which you enhanced? If so, I believe you can do a write entire and start over without licensing. If not, then you need to get a stock tune and will have to re-license it...

Just so everyone knows if they have an issue with this same thing in the future. I did go back to my first tune and was successful in getting my ECU to convert over to 2 bar. For some reason 3 bar was still not available, maybe it was because my ECU was not capable of 3 bar.. Not really sure but not really worried about it because I don't plan to run that much boost for a while. 8lbs on a sloppy tune is already a handful.

Yeah if you have the original operating system tune file you can always revert back to that and then enhance the operating system.

Unfortunately, if you ever end up in a situation where the OS has already been enhanced and then you end up with the PCM and have no means of retrieving the original OS, you'd have to get GM to flash the original OS back on.

You can generally just do a write-entire with another OEM file of the same base type (OS). You don't need to get GM to do it.
