"Engine Power is Reduced" with no reduction of power?

Like the title says, I am receiving the error message "Engine Power is Reduced" and the truck still drives like normal.

Truck:
2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.0 4x4

HPTuners 3.0

Has anyone had this issue before? The message will appear during startup, but once dismissed it will never pop up again. Only occurs at start up. I checked with the scanner and received no DTCs, hitting clear DTCs does nothing.

I installed the factory tune and the message never appeared. Installed my tune and message reappears on every startup.

Again, the truck performs all operations like normal even with this error message.

Attached will be both the stock tune and my tune.

Can't use max values on speed limiter anymore. Set a realistic value.

x2 u cant max out the speed limiter which is 318 mph set it for 250

Error message went away after entering a reasonable value for the speed limiter!! Thank y'all!
