I've tried to lower my idle from 750rpm to 700rpm. Adjusted everything I could find, including the two tables. Still sits at 750 so there must be something else I'm missing.

I'm having a similar issue. All my idle tables are set at 750 normal operating temperature. Desired and actual idle is 800.

May I ask why your worried about lowering the idle to 700 rpm?
