Injector firing order

I have. 5.3 with a 411 ECM flashed to a 99 Silverado I'll get all the detailed info when I get out of work

But the issue I am having is that my injectors are firing for the wrong cylinder


When I disable the number 1 injector it actually disables the number 2 cylinder

this is the pattern

This only happens with the injectors the coils are firing fine

the fuel trims get inverses and engine loads up I believe because it is trying to lean out one bank but I turn its leaning certain injectors on the opposite bank

Any ideas wth is going on thanks every one
