4.3 knock sensor swap

I'm currently tuning a conversion vehicle that has a 1999 4.3 (1 wire resonant knock sensor) engine using a 2002 (2 wire flat-response knock sensor) PCM and calibration in it with the 1 wire sensor still being used on the engine. False knock like crazy. Other than changing this table in the tune, are there any other sensitivity setting that should be changed? I'm also assuming no segment swap is required for this....correct?

I think it would be easier to swap sensors. I don't think you can modify hz detection frequency.
