Unable to connect to ecm

I have tried to connect to the ecm via the editor and it keeps saying the vehicle isn't readable. I have tried it on another 2003 dodge identical to mine and it keeps saying the same thing. I have even tried a different computer. The scanner works on the truck just not the editor. What am I doing wrong or is this thing broke?

It would be great to have a phone number or a reply from the tech support would be great. Or a help from someone on here

if you want to get a response, giving little info like you have nobody is going to have an answer
what vehicle are you trying to connect to
are you sure its supported
most 2003 dodges are not

Sorry yes it is an 03 dodge ram 2500 engine code c automatic. So how do I know that its not supported, and if it's not then what because it states on their website that it is.

if website lists it, then it should be, unfortunately support is going to be your best option, Is it possible its a really early production 03, and possibly falls under an 02 model

One was made in 04/03 and the other was made in 09/03 both have the same issue. So I don't know how else to get ahold ahold of support.
