simple observation of drivetrain abuse- speed <

2005 lq4 with th400 trans, so no electronics controlling my transmission. On my mail-order tune from a while back, I asked for trq management to be disabled.
RPM > is set to 8000 (seems right)
Speed < is set to 255 mph (so according to the description, "vehicle speed must be below this to enable drivetrain abuse calculations".

So wouldn't that mean that at speeds less than 255 mph, torque management is enabled and should the value be 1 mph or 0 ?

I know this is an old thread but I hate orphaned threads, plus it is a valid question, yes Speed should be set to 0
