To copy a table to your main tune file, simply hit the center button to open the compare table, click on the blank square in the upper left hand corner of the table causing the software to highlight all the cells, hit Ctrl+C to copy (or right click+ copy). Click on the button to show your main table, and simply Ctrl+V to paste the cells into the destination table. All the tables that are different will be highlighted in green. Once you change them to be the same, they will be red. If there is one that is green and red after you copy it, check the x and y axis headers and make sure those values are the same on each table. Some can be changed if the header name is underlined. Just click on the header name and make edits to make the table match what you need them to.
It can be time consuming and your fingers will get tired from all the Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v, but its worth not having to blow $$ on credits.
