sorry, can't help but I keep reading conflicting info about 1000cc injectors from bosch, some say they do not exist, do you have a number from them

Most people use the Bosch 0 280 158 040s and they are 980cc at 3 bar and 1030cc at 4 bar. If so then use the ID1000 offset & breakpoint data (4 bar) and scale the injector slopes until you get them working.

    See:
    http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...worth-the-agro

And have a look around the forum as there is real good information for doing this.

I have the same injectors and I did what Darryl suggested until it started well and ran well.

I have my low slope at 120 and the high slope at 98.

I set my breakpoint to 0.0000272.

    Pw min: 0.27 ms.

This is my offset vs voltage.

This should get you close. In saying that don't just load it in and floor it up the freeway.

I ended up with the following for ID1000 which is "good enough" for most but if you are anal then you could definitely spend some time getting them better. I started with the ID1000 spreadsheet data and then tweaked from there. I've been playing with the O2 bias and SD to get idle perfect, the injectors seem to go lean occasionally at idle despite O2 feedback reading stoich which can make it a bit rough/poppy.

    low: 118.52

    high: 104.80

    breakpoint
0.000027 lb (make sure you have lb as the units!)

    PW minimum
    0.0024s

You could go a bit close to 0.00150 offset at 12v if you want, PW minimum you could increase a bit as well. I just like the backfires I get on overrun with it set low lol.

    I believe they're rated at 1150cc @ 4 bar, 980cc @ 3 bar.

    Romulus is correct, at 3 bar they flow 670g/min of n-Heptane with a Specific Gravity of 0.681 = 0.983 litres/minute = 983cc/min and about 1136 cc/min at 4 bar.
