    neural network switch not working?

Doing a 09 ram 1500, with cam, trying to tune ve, no changes are taking affect when neural network is disabled. Making changes of 40-50 and still no change in lambda

Original stock tun says neural network is disabled from the factory which I find odd for an 09.
I tried puting the switch enabled and disabled in case the coding was flip flopped, but no go. I am stuck
I emailed support, but was wondering if anybody else has seen this, or if maybe I am doing something wrong

I have stock tune and another tune where I have about 45% removed from ve, and still same comanded fueling

I think the consensus is that the ANN switch is not effective/active on the 09 and some 10 5.7 Hemi platforms. It doesn't seem to work on Diablo either.

Most would say injector scaling and PE fuel adjustments. Diablo mapped the Neural Network parameters on most of these, but they look like a nightmare to try and adjust.

I think the guy on here that goes by Moparking from SYKED ECU Tuning said he can disable them, for a small fee, and then you can tune it like normal.

    Just an FYI....

If you need to disable the Neural Network in these 09-10 vehicles where the switch doesn't work, you just need to disable VVT. This will then also disable ANN.

To do so, make sure you have the latest software update and flip all of the VVT switches to "Disabled" (like the image below).

So no moving the cam once VVT is disabled? Thanks for the find on activating VE on these model/years. I had given up trying.

no cam, until they get the neural network mapped, this is how we will have to tune, or you could go the injector scaling method

if your going with a cam and phaser on these models. You have to do the injector scaling method
