Is it possible the cam sensors electrical connectors being plugged into the wrong sensor?
Some how swapped the connections between the intake cam sensor/exhaust cam sensor?

I don't think so. The codes & the log point to int & exh on the same bank.

Yes, sensor connectors swapped between intake and exhaust just on that one bank that showing the codes.

Im pretty sure the way they harness is routed the plugs are different lengths and pretty much dictate themselves where they go. But we will have to double check that.
