    reduced engine pwr and P2101 P1516 after LS3 throttle body swap

    Did a LS4 to LS3 throttle body swap using the pinout shown below. Driving at part throttle the car drives fine, but when you go 100% and release, the throttle gets stuck and throws the codes. It seems to be over extending as far as I can tell, based on the voltage readings I am getting if I compare it against the LS2 silver blade voltage limits. My question is, should I try setting the Max Rotation to 99% or will that brick my TAC module. Ive gone through two LS3 throttle bodies so far and t hey both do the same thing, wiring is verify functional and correct.
