Current time of day

Does anyone know how to add current time of day in a usable way? My video has current time of day, and by having a current time of day "dial" it makes it really easy to sync two videos and a GPS file.

If you data file contains actual time stamps, then depending on its format, it could be as simple as adding a Timer display that's set to your time data channel... That can be done be clicking on "Add" under the Display Objects section, then choose "Timer", and then select "Timer - Hours" or "Lap Timer - With Hours". In the properties box that appears on the right, change the "Field" selection to your data file's time data column. The success of this is highly dependent on what's provided in your data file, and how that is formatted.
