    having trouble with fan control

I have a lsj out of a cobalt in my toyota 4x4 and finally got it running. It runs great but I wanted to check everything before I drive it so I tried to turn the fan on in vcm scanner and nothing. it is a volvo fan with the volvo relays for high and low controlled by ground signals from the ecu. This is also how the stock fans were controlled in the cobalt its self so i figured it was plug and play.

I started playing with the editor and in system/fans/output control vs state i made it all 1's and the fan stayed on constant without me commanding it in scanner. I am hoping this is just a setting that someone has figured out to control high and low fan.

Any one else had to fix this issue yet?

This is how my settings are in my calibration for the fans. Try it and see if it helps.
