Cannot connect to "Vehicle Control & Special Function" part of 3.0 scanner

    Good day all,

I am trying to connect to "Vehicle Control & Special Function" part of scanner and the window is blank. see attachment.
However I am able to connect to the car VCM as I can see TPS sensor and coolant and etc.. so VCM is online and taking to the interface.

    More details:

    - E38 ECU
    - Scanner version 3.0.102 ( one of the latest release I guess)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

Means we do not offer this feature for this application if its blank.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
