Yep MAF fail is at 0

What do you guys have "Test RPM Min" and "Test Enable Delay" set at?

Default is 300 and 1 seconds I think.. which means it has to be over 300 RPM's for a full second before the MAF can fail. I set both 0 on mine to test.

Also, "Test ERT Min", i.e. engine run time before testing? Test ERT and test enable delay could take 2 seconds IMO.. that might be it right there.

Appears to have worked on mine. 0'd all those things out and maf failed immediately and it started just fine first try

Flashed 3 times today, both cold and hot.. zero issues at all. Totally 100% different from how it was prior to changing those parameter. Here's what I left mine at

Yes, this works for me now, believe me when I said I could not go lower than 1 second for TEST ERT MIN, I tried many times, I downloaded todays 3.0 and BAM... now I can enter 0.0. Not sure what was up with that. So I just uplaoded a tune with my MAF table all 0's, and it fired right up no delay before MAF fail. I like to enter 0's just to be sure im in SD mode.

adjust IVT if your seeing rich commanded fueling upon start up

This issue has been happping for a long time over 12mths since 2.25beta. Problem doesnt recall having issue in 2.24

Have you tried the MAF settings I posted?

But the question remains why did simple thing of applying a custom Os Get screwed up on the New frame work 2.25 Betas and V3 stable versions.

I noticed that the maf fail used to be set at 10hz not its somthing like 10XXhz etc which caused issues in it self.

The other thing i have noticed on a number of vehicles written with v3 that they always need a case relearn after flashing
But None of these things were a issue in 2.24.

You need to post specific vehicle/controller/application information.

We support so many controllers, it's impossible for us to look into a general issue like you state unless we know what controller you're working with.

I haven't tried yet on mine I've been having a valve train issue but my pcm is
Serv. No. 12602801 with Hwd. No. 12589161
