Has anyone updated to the new 3.0 and lose there saved tunes? My system works fine and identifies my previous saved cars but all previous saved tunes are gone.

What do you mean saved tune? Did you write over 2.24? Have you updated your applications key for both the Scanner and Editor?
You shouldn't lose your tunes updating

yes you shouldn't lost any tune file when doing this. try searching *.hpt on your PC, maybe theyre in another location.
its a good practice , or a at least is how i do it , to save a backup of the original files on something like google drive or the "cloud", never know with computers.
