15-16 mustang throttle body tuning

Really need some help on this. I am going into limp mode "wrench light" with very little throttle. I used the roush tune Erik posted and have my predicted throttle angle and effective throttle angle tables set pretty well. Wheel torque error seems reasonable anyway. Car has the following mods. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

cobra jet intake
FRPP 65mm tb
full exhaust and long tubes
JLT cold air
