    No changing VIN with 3.0 ?

    Yes so iv been looking all through out the editer and can not find the change vin option... was the option only in 2.4, or is it just hidden somewhere in 3.0 iv yet to look, iv been looking for well over an hour.. no luck help please i need to change vin...
