    Automated system won't send credit purchase info email

    Purchased two additional credits, it shows on my PayPal account where it was removed but I never received an email. Cleaned out inbox so I know it is not full. I also tried the latest credit purchase info button and it said it went through but I still have no email. I have a customer waiting on me and I can't update my credits on my interface. Can someone help? I've done this a lot and never had an issue until now. It's almost as if the automated server that generates a application key is down. Thanks

    You could try putting in a different e-mail on your profile on the HPT customer account center, save your profile, and then request your latest application key.

    I tried that. Saved my other email, requested the key and I still have nothing. Thanks Keith

    Could the hotmail server possibly be down?

    Are you using hotmail? I think there's an issue with hotmail receiving emails right now.

    Yes sir, that's all I've ever had. That explains it! Would there be a way to send the application key to me another way?

    Looks like it just came through. They must have fixed whatever the issue was. Thank you for the help
