Purchased two additional credits, it shows on my PayPal account where it was removed but I never received an email. Cleaned out inbox so I know it is not full. I also tried the latest credit purchase info button and it said it went through but I still have no email. I have a customer waiting on me and I can't update my credits on my interface. Can someone help? I've done this a lot and never had an issue until now. It's almost as if the automated server that generates a application key is down. Thanks
