Hate to do this but I'm on vacation

I am trying to get my dad logged on to HP and he is having no luck. I'm on vacation and cannot seem to get our login to work. I recently upgraded my laptop to 3.0 without much trouble. Guess what I'm asking is if support can e-mail/private message for security me a password reset link so he can log on. He just finished a 13' DOD delete and wants to clean up the stock tune and remove DOD. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Email support your interface # and they can reset your password, if the customer portal is what you're trying to get to...

Do you need to download software or application key or what? The software can be downloaded on the hptuners homepage without logging in
Post a log and tune if you want help
