6.4 insight pro??

ANY ONE USE a insight pro yet on a 6.4??
I am having issues..
wont open the stock file keep getting invalid header when trying to open it..
then read stock with my hp cable and moded a file and sent it to poweteq... when flashes flashes in half time hp does and will not start truck..
then flashed mod tune with hp cable and truck runs..

any ideas? it wont let me load the powertech file thats save .epq
