upgraded computer to windows 7

up graded computer to win 7 , downloaded latest version of hp tuners. problem is my licenses are gone .can not link up with mpvi downloaded latest drivers still not working. any ideas on what to do

Install USB drivers per:

I typically use the "Windows 7, 8 , 10 Vista & XP 64 bit operating systems driver install instructions for those without internet" version of the instructions

Once you have the drivers working and connect to the interface in Scanner or Editor all of your license info will get synced up. They are not gone; they are stored on the interface.
