How to get in contact with HP tuners?

I upgraded to the mpvi pro about 2 months ago. Yesterday went to try to log and now when I plug the interface into the OBD connector my accessory lights come on in the cluster and gauges go to 0. The interface also smells burnt. I plugged in 2 OBD 2 scan tools to confirm it is not my connection. I have tried several different methods of trying to get in contact with HP tuners including the [email protected]. Has anyone seen this? Knows a fix? How to get into contact with HP tuners? Phone number? Warranty information? Thanks to anyone that actually replies. Very frustrated.
