    Ground Loops

    Not sure where to post this, as it affects external sensors I came here.

    When connecting WB sensor we should not to create ground loops with the PCM and scanner, but what about ground loops already in the vehicles ground looms?

    I think i have identified 4 ground loops in the GTO ground looms, will they affect the WB performance?

    Connect WB and HPT MPVI input (-) terminal directly to negative battery post and it'll work just fine.

    Is it a problem to use a cigarette lighter power adapter like what they sell on the HP Tuners forum to hook power and ground to?
