I go to do a fast learn on my 6l80 trans. It says the temps are too low. So I install the trans fluid temp PID and it says 32* F and never changes. Trans Gauge says 180. What could cause this?

Figured it out
What was the fix for this? I had somebody ask me about that the other day and I said I'd never heard of it other than maybe a sensor was going bad?Originally Posted by MHsilverSS

Where your cells are on the left side right click on an empty cell and insert the PID manually. When I did mine there were two or three different trans fluid temp PIDS. I chose all three and then kept one that worked.
Ahh OK so it was just the wrong PID.
