If you can get a list of what has been replaced... It will help a lot for everyone... Then I would get some ID1000's to be real safe all though you can honestly get away with ID850's if the owner is worried about cost... The Injector Dynamic injectors will be best for you just simply because they'll have all easily accessible and useable data to plug straight into the tune and also they won't cause you other headaches during tuning...

Install a 2 bar or 3 bar map - you can install a 2 bar ss cobalt map for what boost your running then just input the parameters for the new map into the tune - I'm almost 99% sure the cobalt map is a direct plugin for that year model, but not sure sure....

OK after the injectors are corrected and a correct map installed we can go over fixing the rest

    Airflow - General - MAP

You'll also want to send in a request to HP Tuners via their website to get manifold volume added to the tune - they can hopefully get this done while your waiting on injectors to show...

Pretty sure your already passed the 60lb mark for your engine displacement and boost... ID might be able to give you some sort of deal if your a dealer or willing to become one?

Does your map bolt to the supercharger? I think the cobalt one snapped on??? You may need to use the ZL1 map and change over the connector to work. I can post those part numbers tomorrow if I can remember where I stored them Removed the photo for the atech reference - wasn't sure if I was allowed to post pricing like that?

Sounds like you need the cobalt one then... Another thing while looking at the posted log - does this feel like it's missing? Looks like bank 1 goes from rich to lean rapidly - Make sure the miss isn't throwing off the air fuel reading - Pretty sure you need injectors, just thought you might want to check that one first...

so I have to ask...if its a 6.0L with 8-10 lbs of boost why couldn't he run factory LSA injectors? that shouldn't max out the IDC on those. so I see that 57.8 PSI on the fuel pressure, is that regulated or bumped up at all? I didn't see it move. but with the factory LSA putting out 9 lbs of boost at 65 psi rail pressure it seems like those would be sufficient.
