APP key purchasing may be down AGAIN.

I ordered credits for one of my cables this morning on my reseller account and got a "couldn't resolve..............." error message.

Pulled out my phone ordered them again. I still have not received an app key. Went in and requested the new app key via email. Still no app key.

I noticed you're using a private e-mail server. Could be your e-mail server is down. An easy test is to put in an e-mail address that uses a different server/domain into your HPT profile, save it, and request your key again.

I cannot either both via paypal or via company credit card. Really need to get this car tuned I have strapped down.

I also need credits to tune a customer's car....can't check out using card or payfail. Get the following error when trying credit card:

404 - File or directory not found.

Another reminder that if you're a shop, you should keep a couple extra credits on hand to avoid down time like this in the future.

Used 6 credits this morning on edits and one car on the dyno. Strapped down second one, went to replenish, no workie. Not like I'm shoe stringing this deal. Second car has been strapped for 2:45 thusfar. It does seem odd you had me run through different emails before checking it on your end first. Hmmmm

We have people with these issues all the time. Almost always, it's the customers e-mail server causing the problem. Asking the customer to perform such a simple step ends up saving us countless hours.
