Bought licenses but I can't apply them to 16 Model Year

I bought 12 credits on my reseller account and tried to update my interface to cover 16 model year Corvette.
It only shows me the option of a single VIN. I have every other year of Corvette from 1997 to 2015. Is this a glitch or something intentional?
All of a sudden I have three 16s to tune this week. I certainly don't want to blow 6 of my 12 credits doing this!

Just did. Could you answer this one question while I'm waiting for a reply though? Is it a glitch or is this the way you're doing it now?
If I have to blow a couple of credits on this first car I'd like to know now so I can drive it home and start tuning on it.
    Thanks

Either I can buy a 2016 model year Corvette for 12 credits or I can't ? Am I missing something?
I don't understand what my serial number and info log will do to change the answer to that one question.
I'm not trying to be confrontational but if this is some new policy it would be an easy question to answer. If it's not, then I will indeed have to work with support.

Updated to today's latest version? If so and you still can't license, I'd say that unlimited is not yet available for 2016 - pending an official answer from HPT, that is

I updated last week. I guess I'll do it again.
That will be big deal for me if I can't get the model year. All I do is Corvettes. I try to tune as few as I can but I still do at least one or two a week.

Is year model license still not available for 2016 C7 or Camaro?

    Still not available
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
