    lean fuel trim logs

Jeep grand cherokee 5.7hemi with VVT motor stock, but cats removed.

I noticed that when cruising at low speed and in traffic, there is a tendency to log lean FT values in the 0.15 to 0.25 Pressure Ratio range. These logs seem to coincide on deceleration and with very low throttle voltage.
Is this a problem, should I adjust the VE table values or just ignore it. I certainly will adjust the VE table for values from 0.30 range as required.

Attached is the data log and VE table.
