Had this truck brought to me for a tune and the thing was a hot mess mechanically as well as the calibration...
So i get to tuning this thing, the MAF is BEFORE the BOV so i had to turn it off and run on SD only to get it to run decent. Get around to the WOT stuff and the thing hits a wall anything over 5200 with your foot to the floor. If you let off to like 90% it will pull clean past to 6500!?
I cant find any botched fuel cut settings that would cause it to do this. Any insight is appreciated. Calibration file and data log of the event attached.
This truck has a replacement 6.0 in it, procharger D1SC, LS9 MAP sensor, long tube headers and 3000 stall. And what i'm told is 8-# injectors. Its plenty rich WOT up to this point, its in the high 10's for AFR right up to when this occurs.
