Hemi swap

Doing a hemi swap in my 07 grand cherokee that has the 3.7L and NAG1 tranny, have the engine, harness and computers ( from hemi grand and from the donor vehicle which is a 12 ram.) how hard is the tuning part and what is needed to be done?? trying to gather info before i rip it all apart and left with a sitting vehicle

I have the same question, 07 Grand Cherokee with a 3.7 and a W5A580 which as I understand is same as a NAG1!?!? Instead of paying 1.8for a 100,000+ mile 3.7 or 2.8k for a remanufactured short block I would rather jus swap it it with a 5.7 or a 6.1 preferably. Totally oblivious to these new computer controlled engine/transmission combos! What would this kinda swap entail??? Assuming I have an engine and and ecu? Would tranny need to be tuned also? Can I just swap engine and have the 3.7 ecu reflashed or ecu is completely different?? Sorry for the extremely long winded question but I am trying to do swap as cheap as possible!! Thanx ahead for any feed back!!
