    procharger airflow

charger with a lot of mode and 6.1 intake manifold using p1sc1 and 10% od pulley

    the max airflow is 475 g/s @9 psi ( 455 rwhp )

And my friend same setup with stock pulley

    making 520 g/s @7 psi ( 470 rwhp )

    st2.hpl

what the problem i have here ??

well to start you fueling is way off. This is you long and short trims combined. They are so far off I would think your injectors aren't set right.

Then your also pulling timing under boost
    knock.jpg

And you are not logging a wideband sensor. There is no way you can do any tuning other than idle and cruise without a wideband sensor.

o and those airflow numbers are calculated from fueling since you dont have a mass air sensor. So if your tune is off those numbers will be off also.

injector now is stable and i have AEM wideband is show 14.7 in cruise and 12.2 to 11.7 in wot

but the retard now is max -4 st and 0 lt that making more power

any way to eliminate the retard without lose power ??

it will always show around 14.7 at cruise no matter how off it is due to being in closed loop. You need to adjust your ve table according to your long and short term fuel trims to try and get them below 5% either way. Its better than it was but still a little more to go.

and you need to fix the knock issue before you break a piston! Its worse than before. There are some spots that have 6 degrees of knock retard. Your timing is just way to high.
    knock2.jpg

Richen it up to around 11.5 so its nice and safe. Then take timing out till there is no knock retard.

Alot of times fixing the knock retard will increase power due to the ecu may be pulling more timing than it needs to. Plus you will make less power knocking than not knocking.

when tuning ve table according to ltft+stft the value in data log not change at all

but the spark retard now stable after change from 91 octane to 93 octane with only -2 retard and making the afr 11.5

The only way VE will change is when you disable the Neural Network. Get the VE inline and then re-enable the NN and log your fuel trims. They should be spot on.
