    Can some explain VVE open/closed

Hi guys, can someone explain to me the difference in tables? It says manifold switch open and manifold switch closed, and then has the same tables for (DOD) but dod is turned off on this motor. I've tried looking in the scanner for a parameter to show me if I'm in open or closed and can't figure it out. Is it open throttle vs closed throttle? That wouldn't make much since but OK.. That's why I'm asking, I don't know! Lol
    Thanks,

    Dustin

Just make open/closed the same. Some vehicles have a valve on the intake that makes them more efficient at high/low RPM's. Most, however, do not. Only one of the tables is used in that case, but I just make them the same so there's no possible issues.

So, the basic process: Update whichever VVE table to start with (lets say "open"), hit calculate coefficients. Now select the entire table, copy it. Change to "closed". Paste. Hit calculate coefficients again, and you're done

You can ignore the DOD ones if DOD is disabled
