Tuning a C7 ZO6

I have a question...I brought my car to my local shop. I know they tune cars all the time. Mustangs, Camaros, Vettes, whatever...I had them install a complete Borla system. Headers back. Also a FF kit from DMS. When it comes time to tuning, is there a specific way the car has to be tuned with the FF kit? I know on my STI we had to do a reference map on 93 and another with E85 and the ECU will adjust the timing and whatever. Does the Z operate the same way? They are using HP Tuners. I just off the phone with DMS and they said car has to be tuned on 93 tables, turn on input for FF sensor, tune on FF tables, and ignition tables/data doesnt have to be changed past 60-65% E content. Anyone have other input and any recommendations I can relay to the tuner? Thanks

Ask him about SOI and see what his explanation sounds like. If it sounds like he doesn't know much about it I wouldn't use him

Ask him how many gen 5 GM engines he's tuned..

Lots of good gen 4 tuners don't have a clue on gen 5's

good luck with that. i hope i have customers like u who helps,
anyway if he doesnt know what is he doing ,, take your car to another shop ,, and if you dont trust anyone in your area,
many big companies and tuners and do remote tune
