04 Dodge diesel changes ?

Have there been any changes to the 03-04 scanning capabilities ? I just downloaded the latest suite release and now my channel config's won't load. When I try and build a new one there are very few channels to choose from now. Rail pressure, timing and anything to do with injectors is all gone now. Gauges are all still there but obviously are not working now. Am I doing something wrong or has anyone else had a problem ?
