turbo tune ?

hey guys ,iam in need of some help I have a turbo sierra that will not build boost .I new to tuning so I would like some opinons on the base tune .setup consists of
forged ls2
cnc 243s
80# injectors siemens
228/235/115
BorgWarner twin scroll 82/88 from work turbo on a
log with a 2.5 crossover
4l80e & 3600 stall
3.73gmc turbotune1.hpt

Really hard to say without some preliminary diagnosis. Are you sure you don't have a boost leak? I found mine by plugging the end of the cold side that went into the TB(throttle body), then plumbed an air source(used a leaf blower) into the other side where the outlet of the compressor would normally attach. Fired up the leaf blower (use a clean one!) and then felt along the piping/intercooler till I found a crack in one of my silicone couplers.

Other causes:
Fire ring left off of Waste gate
Vacuum lines/ports left unattached.

If you aren't building any boost and the engine runs fine your issue is likely not engine tuning related. Its either your exhaust plumbing to turbo has a leak or you have a massive boost leak on the way to the intake manifold

Does the turbo spin? If so, at least you know it isnt seized
