2.4 LE5 Ecotec 2006 Cobalt SS Engine Idle and Fan Problem!
Having issues with my idle. It is surging back and forth, and the ecm is calling for fuel addition. When I unplug my alternator, the surge stops, and the car runs and idles great. I had my alternator tested, and the bench test came back that the alternator is good.
Can anyone help me out and tell me if the tune is off somewhere that would cause this to happen? Also, my electric fans will not kick off once they turn on, so if someone could take a look at that as well, it would be greatly appreciated!
I am running in speed density. It is a 2006 Cobalt SS 2.4 LE5 engine with 2008 Cobalt Injectors and MAP sensor and a 2005 Cavalier 105 amp alternator.

Here is a video of the engine running. I am not touching anything to make it idle like this. Any suggestions?
