We put it on the dyno tonight for a play.
We ended up increasing torque by 100nm and power went from 125kw to 147kw

We however did develop a very lumpy idle after some main injection table adjustments, so we took it back to a previous run and left it for night.

We got boost to 21 psi but does fall away. Rail pressure is around 205mpa. We would like more in the future

    Back into it another day

125kw is pretty high for a stocky. does it already have mods?

i can tell you that if your playing with injection timing. hpt is missing a SOI maximum table, but it'll mostly only limit you from the 80-110mm3 range

i have both software/cables, i gave up on the hpt scanner/editor. none of the fuel pids were correct or correlated correctly with the editor.

While hpt does have a lot more options, 80% of what's available doesn't need to be touched to get boost/fuel into it to get power. i run upto 300kpa (29 boost pressure) in mine no problems at all.

you need to bump up the desired boost a bunch.

not sure why you want rail pressure up any more though. mine will run under 1 lambda in the top end when boost falls away.

my power mimicks the OPs almost exactly. 227/458. We can't get boost to increase either. I think there are missing VGT limiting tables. My boost drops WAY before 3500

Would love to see one of yours guys tunes to see what you guys messed with. I've tuned my trans because I'm familiar with the 6L50-80-90 but the engine side is all different from those gassers lol

the AUS Colorado has a much simpler/less complicated system to the US version too. We don't get DEF nor did we have DPF until the latest model (which mine is one) but I have tested that we can put in the earlier model calibration to remove DPF.
