I'm still running 2.24 because I've been told by someone that 3.X is a mess and buggy. I'm pretty green at this so when someone that's a Pro at it tells me to stay away it's hard to argue. Thanks for any input.

Keep both, best of both worlds.
I still keep 2.24 because RTT works good with it while it doesn't with 3.2
In the meantime I'm learning how to use 3.2, scanner mainly since the editor is mostly the same just more features. Scanner is completely different

Any pro should be on 3.2, except maybe for RTT tuning. Otherwise 3.2 is superior in every way.

if u want to get use to it then have the two at the same time, but 3.2 is far better once ur use to it and havnt noticed any issues for quite a long time
Personally, I still use 2.24 simply because I prefer the 2.24 scanner interface on my tuning device (small 10" tablet w/keyboard dock) and for what I use the product for, 2.24 works perfectly for me ("if it's aint broke, don't fix it!"). But I agree with the above posters that having both versions available is the best of both worlds.
There are still some things that work in 2.24 that don't work so well in 3.x - such as log markers (don't exist in 3.x), comparing tunes doesn't work as well in 3.x (missing axis labels), some keyboard shortcuts no longer work in 3.x, etc (I don't know if all of these differences, but there definitely are some things that worked in 2.24 that don't work in 3.x (or don't work as well). Nothing major, but worth noting.
But I'm just a very casual user and only tune 1 car. The new features in 3.x may be a lot more beneficial for professional tuners or those that tune more than 1 car or if they need 3.x to tune their specific car.
Just be aware that if you do use 2.24, you will not get support from the HPTuners folks since 2.24 is no longer supported.

IAT spark table compare view issue has been reported several times, still not fixed
That's the only one I've seen personally
(just checked this mornings beta and no change)

Open up a new ticket please.

Scratch that. It's fixed in the beta, not fixed in the regular release.
Guess that means it'll be in 3.4
My current issue is I can't get help from my tuner now and I need to adjust my tire size for the track tomorrow. When I adjust it in 2.24 and leave it on the auto tune for transmission it screws up my shift points and how my converter locks up. If I make the same tire change in 3.2 will it result in the same issue? Thanks.
changing tyre size in 3.2 has a tyre change wizard which helps not sure if it was in 2.24 tho
