Cold TPS in a LS3 swapped 97 Vette

Good afternoon,

I've got a 97 Vette that I had come to me, the owner had an LS3 installed into it, the lingenfelter conversion box and a 2001 Vette ECM installed. I've got everything in the tune working well, but on cold start the engine will not control the Throttle body until 113 degrees. Is there something that I missed in the tune?.1997 corvette ls3 -final.hpt

What do you mean when you say the Throttle body isn't controlled until 113F?

You tune is set for Closed loop at 93F which is when you leave the open loop table for fueling and the narrowband O2 sensors begin to control the fueling.

You Minimum Airflow is quite high and I am assuming this is a stock LS3 with a 90mm Throttle body which makes your Scalar value of .0255 incorect...sb .0192 for starters. Then you can tune the Min Airflow and other Idle settings...of course assuming that yopu MAF and VE have been tuned.

I will adjust the scalar for the TB, I didn't even think about that. But what I mean is below 113 EGT you have the actually pump the gas pedal to make it run, but after the temp passes 113 the computer controls the idle.

Is there anything else that would make the computer leave the tb closed when the temp was below 113 degrees?

can you post a log....when in idle, the RAF determines the minimum opening and the Idle Proportional, Integral and Derivative values are added/subtracted to control the TPS% and idle rpm.
