editor and scanner wont load

For some reason after the last couple updates my computer will not open the editor or scanner. It makes the circle like its thinking about it for a seconds. Im running windows 8

Any idea on what i need to look at?

antivirus maybe.

If not I suggest deleting the files in your hptuners-settings folder and try again.
