    2017 Silverado 5.3

Customer says he cannot feel anything with the changes done on his vehicle.
1st attachment is the changed file...basically leaned out AFR to 12.4 and adding in some timing as he uses 93 octane. The 2nd file is stock file. All my previous truck customers have been happy and felt the differences with these basic changes, this is my 1st 2017 and seems very similar to the other trucks. Any suggestions to get some umph out of this tune would be appreciated.

Try lowering PE Delay, stock is 5000rpm. Maybe some trans tweaks for more aggressive downshifting.

Also you changed IAT spark base between 158-194, put that back to stock.

Timing is very aggressive, have you made sure its not knocking? Your past MBT.

Found 1 degree of knock. Going to pull back on the IAT spark. Thanks for your suggestion on the trans tweaking.

Some 2017 vehicles use the T87A modules and others use the older T43 & T76. Only the T87A is not supported, the others are.

Has there been any progress tuning 2017 T87a trans controllers?

    Thanks

I just got my 2017 silverado tuned. And the only difference I feel is no more v4 mode. And in park rev limiter is raised to 6000 and not 4000. The other thing I noticed. Is I can not break torque. With track off and stable track off. And how do u keep the stable track off after 35mph. It come back on.

Stabilitrak can't be turned off in the tune. Its controlled by the bcm. The only option that I know of is to unplug the front left wheel speed sensor wire. I've seen someone makes a plug and play switch that Ts into that plug and allows you to disable it whenever you need it to.

You probably still have brake torque management enabled in the tune.

I put a switch on the power wire to the steering wheel position sensor to kill stabilitrac. Its located under the dash on the steering column. I still have to turn off traction control separately, but everything stays off this way.

Any pics for reference. And does any one know how to get the downshift in tow mode to act the same as it did before the tune. I took the lock out of 2345 and left it in 6th. Do u think that has something to do with it.

one other thing. Once u rev the truck up in park. Or neutral, the rpms almost feel like they get stuck it takes then long for them to drop. Any one know the fix. Or is there a tune for that too. Im new to all this.
