    know this is an old topic but i would also like to know. I have an unlocked PCM and would like to know if i can tune with HP tuners

    Feederic so your saying you did NOT have to have your PCM unlocked by HP Tuners for $250?

    Honestly, I would get an unlock PCM from HP tuners. I know folks who had PCMs unlocked by diablo and they had some issues...at least with unlocks circa 2018.
