I did tune 2016 wrangler whith Diablosport ECM, Superchips no idea but i think you can.

Just an FYI... we only support HP Tuners unlocked PCMs

If you have a Diablosport tuner I would just have a custom tune made by Diablo... Flash back to stock with your Superchip first.
